Despite very little notice and an in-store announcement just minutes before, Kam's reading still attracted a respectable crowd at the new Times bookstore at Pavilion on Saturday, 6 October 2007.

Since the launch of his book in April 2007, Kam has also read at Borders bookstores at The Curve in Petaling Jaya, Berjaya Times Square in Kuala Lumpur, and Queensbay in Penang. He has also been a guest at MPH's Breakfast Club for LitBloggers, and on NTV7's The Breakfast Show.

Kam Raslan's Confessions of an Old Boy: The Dato' Hamid Adventures (ISBN 978 983 3445 00 4) was first serialized in Off the Edge magazine and is published by Marshall Cavendish Editions, an imprint of Marshall Cavendish International.
